Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11PM to 7AM
Payrate: USD 19.88/hr
Job Responsibilities:
This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by running, maintaining, and changing over high-speed bottling lines. The position ensures production schedules are met while following strict safety and quality standards in a highly regulated environment.
Job Description:

Operate and perform changeovers on high-speed pharmaceutical packaging equipment.

Follow cGMP, safety protocols, SOPs, and documentation procedures for compliant manufacturing.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure smooth line operation to meet production targets.

Coordinate routine equipment cleaning, inspection, and basic preventive maintenance.

Complete production records, track materials, and verify product quality during packaging.
Must Haves:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Experience in manufacturing, production, or machinery operation
-
Ability to follow SOPs and safety standards (cGMP, OSHA, Lockout/Tag-out)
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to train across multiple machines
-
Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts based on production needs
-
Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide & metric system)

Able to lift/move materials and perform physical tasks related to production
Nice to Haves:
-
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or medical device manufacturing
-
Familiarity with packaging line equipment or industrial machinery
-
Knowledge of SAP, MES, or Electronic Batch Records (EBRs)

Forklift or pallet jack experience/certification
-
Experience with preventive maintenance or troubleshooting drive systems
