Now Hiring: Manufacturing Forklift Operator – Denver, PA

Location: Denver, PA
Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.30/hr

Position Overview
Were hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Forklift Operator to support production and quality teams. This role is perfect for candidates with Forklift and/or assembly experience who are looking to grow their career in manufacturing. You will handle non-conforming materials, rework and repackage product, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure materials meet quality standards before returning to production or shipping.


Responsibilities

  • Rework, rewind, and repackage materials

  • Process non-conforming product and complete required paperwork

  • Label, palletize, and prepare materials for shipping or re-entry to production

  • Separate copper scrap materials

  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Assist QA and production teams as needed

Requirements

  • Warehouse or assembly experience

  • Forklift experience (required)

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Team player with solid communication skills
