What’s a typical day as Part Time Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Monitoring the inbound screens for supplier inbound freight requests, ensuring timely processing and communication.
• Tracking supplier onboarding with the new system and reporting directly to the project manager.
• Reviewing invoices from LTL carriers for payment and assisting suppliers with their shipments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with Excel and data entry, showcasing your attention to detail and technical skills.
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with suppliers.
• Are willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.
