This is a direct hire Maintenance Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain various production machines and facility systems using technical diagrams and manuals.
• Perform skilled tasks including electrical repairs, carpentry, millwright work, and masonry following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct equipment fabrication and repairs such as arc welding and torch cutting.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep machinery operating safely and efficiently.
• Assist with installation of wiring, piping, and other infrastructure needed for machine or system setup under supervision.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper and safe machinery installation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineering during work planning and new equipment installation.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, report irregularities, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required Experience:
• High school diploma or GED, with advanced electro-mechanical maintenance training required
• 3+ years of experience in a Maintenance Technician role
• Skilled in 460V, three-phase systems; understands NFPA 70E
• Ability to read & understand blueprints and electrical schematics
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Able to stand, walk, climb, lift 50 pounds, and operate forklifts and aerial lifts.
