Job details

Join our Transportation Technology and Services team as an Analyst. Apply your experience in transportation, security, logistics, or supply chain management to analyze data, drive decisions, and contribute to achieving business objectives. You’ll need to excel in a fast-paced setting, managing shifting priorities and collaborating with key stakeholders—including 60 suppliers across North America.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote; flexibility required for additional onsite days as needed)
Hours: 37.5 per week (7.5 hours per day) | Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Time Zone: Must be able to adapt work schedule to accommodate Eastern and Western Canada time zones

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Present complex findings and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with approximately 60 North American suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Support and implement projects related to transportation technology and services.

  • Adapt to changing priorities, unanticipated challenges, and a dynamic work environment.

  • Participate in a hybrid work model, with flexibility to increase onsite days if required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation or Logistics preferred; related fields (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration) also considered.

  • Professional designation (CITT) strongly preferred.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, transportation security, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Experience working with multiple suppliers, especially in North America.

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.

  • Demonstrated adaptability; able to adjust work hours for Eastern and Western Canada time zones as needed.
