Job details
We’re looking for a talented Cabinet Maker II for a hands-on role in Savannah, GA (31408). This is an excellent opportunity to bring your woodworking and assembly expertise into a high-precision, quality-focused environment.
You’ll be fabricating and assembling furniture and wood components based on engineering drawings, applying veneers and laminates, and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship across all assemblies.
Cabinet Maker II
Location: Savannah, GA 31408
Pay Rate: $25.66 per hour
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Essential Functions:

Fabricate, assemble, and finish aircraft furniture and wood-surfaced subassemblies following blueprints and engineering drawings.

Install drawer slides, hinges, latches, and other hardware.

Apply laminates, veneers, and other surface materials to achieve quality finishes.

Operate stationary and handheld power tools safely and accurately.

Maintain compliance with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

Use computerized material tracking systems for part creation, documentation, and sign-off.
Must Haves:

High school diploma or GED.

At least 2 years of cabinetmaking experience.

Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and processes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design drawings, and manuals.

Physically able to climb, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in confined areas.

Must be computer literate and able to follow documented procedures.
