Job Posting: Shipping Office & Allocations Clerk – Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Location: Pooler, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch, overtime as needed)
(Pay rate increases by $1 after 90 days and upon direct hire)


Position Summary

Join our dynamic warehousing team as a Shipping Office & Allocations Clerk, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will be valued every day! In this administrative support role, you’ll oversee the labeling and allocation of outbound shipments, working closely with warehouse and office staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. No prior equipment experience is necessary—bring your computer proficiency, reliability, and a willingness to learn!


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label products, boxes, and pallets for shipping, following company procedures

  • Process packing lists and shipping documentation for outbound orders

  • Review and verify order allocations to ensure correct quantities and destinations

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve any discrepancies or special shipping requests

  • Enter and maintain shipment and allocation data in company computer systems

  • Perform basic inventory checks and report shortages or errors to supervisors

  • Support the shipping office with filing, record maintenance, and general clerical tasks

  • Monitor shipping supplies and notify management when reordering is needed

  • Ensure a clean and organized shipping office workspace

  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and vendors

  • Assist in other office/warehouse support tasks as needed

Requirements & Skills

  • No equipment experience needed; training will be provided

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work

  • Comfort and proficiency with computers and data entry

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent
