Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Carlisle, PA
Location: Carlisle, PA
Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift – $17.30/hr | 2nd Shift – $19.25/hr
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
Join a leading logistics and distribution facility in Carlisle! We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to help keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, weekly incentives, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and move materials according to customer orders and instructions

Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions

Move items from racks, bins, or shelves based on product codes and types
-
Scan and track inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
-
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and light facility maintenance
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
What We’re Looking For

Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred

Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals

Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
-
Able to stand, walk, reach, twist, and occasionally kneel or climb stairs
