We’re seeking a Temp to Possible Direct Hire Office Clerk for our energy customer in Pittsburgh. Must have strong computer, customer services + admin skills. The position is 40-hrs/wk, Monday – Friday schedule with $20 – 22/HR pay rate. We’re looking to interview and hire immediately!

Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Onsite at Pittsburgh office
Pay Rate: $20 - 22/Hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:
• Type documents, maintain department files and report to the Department Manager
• Use company computer programs to create reports and presentations
• Handle incoming phone calls and communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors
• Support a designated work process, place PA on calls, analyze and track SharePoint information
• Process invoice requisitions, reconcile purchase and card statements, and make travel arrangements
Job requirements:
• HS School diploma or GED
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience managing data and making administrative decisions
• Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills
