| Kelly Services is currently seeking for a Quality Technician for one of our top clients located in Ventura, CA. JOB TITLE: Quality Technician DURATION: 12 Months (Temporary/Contract) – Potential Temporary to Hire LOCATION: Ventura, CA SALARY: $25 – $27 per hour W2 Job Description: M-F from 8AM – 4:30PM We are seeking a strong detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Expertise Calibration Associate. In this entry-level role, you will support the development and refinement of evaluation standards by helping calibrate and align subject-matter expertise across teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience in quality assurance, training, or data evaluation. Implementing quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process. Assess potential risks, ensures compliance and gives recommendations. Takes responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process (laboratories studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, finished product or services). Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based. The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a minimum of 5 or more years experience. Why Kelly?
