Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues

Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and detail

Collaborate with internal teams when additional support is needed

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and high-quality service during all interactions

Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred but not required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computers, typing, and navigating multiple systems

Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
