Credit Processing Assistant – (Distribution Warehouse)
Location: Commerce or Cerritos area – must be flexible
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8-hour days, must be available for 8–10 hour shifts)
Assignment Type: Temporary – Long Term
About the Role:
leading distribution warehouse, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Processing Assistant to provide temporary support in their credit department. This position will work closely with Warehouse Administrators Supervisor and assist with processing credits and related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Review and process credit requests and adjustments
-
Communicate with internal departments to verify order and return details

Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform data entry in company systems

Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in data entry, accounting support, or administrative roles (warehouse/distribution experience a plus)
Background in accounting support, AR/AP, or credit processing (1–3 years preferred)

Experience with data entry, invoicing, or credit memos
-
Prior work in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution company (understanding order returns and billing adjustments is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay Rate: Based on experience $20+
