Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lebanon, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Potential overtime available on Saturdays, Sundays, or earlier start times as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in our small, close-knit warehouse team. You will be responsible for manual loading, unloading, and picking of products to prepare orders for shipment. Approximately 5% of the role will require operating a sit-down forklift; the remainder will be focused on hands-on warehouse duties. This position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual loading, unloading, and picking of pipes, valves, and fittings for customer orders
- Operating a sit-down forklift safely for material handling (approx. 5% of shift)
- Staging and organizing products in the warehouse
- Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining clean and orderly workspaces
- Following all safety guidelines, including wearing provided PPE (safety glasses, hard hat, orange vest, and steel toe shoes required)
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Working Environment:
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse; equipped with fans and heaters for comfort
- Break room available with water, refrigerator, coffee maker, table, and microwaves
- Small, supportive team atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (manual material handling and/or forklift operation)
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (certification an asset)
- Able to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
- Commitment to reliability and punctuality
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must wear steel toe shoes; other PPE provided
