Pay: $25.30 – $26.45
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F
- 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment to manufacture implant and instrument components.
- Load materials, set up tooling, run machine programs, and monitor machine performance.
- Perform in-process, first-piece, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other precision measurement tools.
- Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and internal quality standards.
- Document production activity in MES/ERP systems and complete all required quality and traceability records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
- Conduct routine machine maintenance such as checking coolant, emptying chips, and replacing filters.
- Collaborate with engineers, leads, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both) in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use precision measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Education:
- Vocational, Certificate, Technical, or associate degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
