Now Hiring: Staff Accountant
Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Pay: $30/hr | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

What You’ll Do
General Accounting (70%)
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset management
- Reconcile patient trust accounts, handle cash activities, and participate in payroll processes
- Prepare monthly financial statistics and coordinate bank transfers
- Assist with sales tax returns, year-end closeouts, and federal form preparations
- Support budgeting efforts and ensure accurate financial coding
Other Accounting & Office Tasks (30%)
- Help manage capital improvement projects
- Provide backup for accounting staff as needed
- Compile financial and patient accounting reports
- Contribute to finance department policy and procedure drafts
- Take on additional assignments as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent accounting experience
- Minimum 1.5 years progressive accounting experience
- Certifications not required
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule
