Location:Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Join Kelly Services as a Branch Operations Support Representative!
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented administrative professional to support the daily operations of our client’s Branch Office. This position plays a key role in customer service, patient support, office coordination, and equipment processing. This is an on-site role and is not eligible for remote.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Reception

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and in-person visitors.

Assist patients, referral sources, and customers with basic inquiries.

Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls as needed.
Administrative Support
-
Assist Sales team with required documentation for patients.
-
Complete processing duties such as intake support, reviewing ACIS screens, and confirming delivery appointments.

Perform post-delivery data entry and work order confirmation.

Handle requests for audits and documentation.

Support patient scheduling.
-
Scan, fax, and file records on a routine basis.

Collect credit card or billing information when required.

Order office and inventory supplies.
Equipment & Warehouse Assistance

Assist with equipment setup, return processing, and preparation.

Conduct downloads from recording devices (apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP equipment, etc.).

Perform basic functional tests on specific respiratory equipment (training provided).

Support the overnight oximetry program.

Retrieve equipment from the warehouse and assist with general warehouse tasks.
Patient Support

Prepare paperwork packets for PAP classes and other patient programs.

Explain insurance or out-of-pocket expenses, complete forms, and take payments when needed.

Reconcile daily receivables and prepare documents for lockbox submission.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
2+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience
-
Strong communication and organization skills
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Comfort with basic computer systems and data entry
-
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
