Looking to grow your career in commercial banking within a major Canadian financial institution? As a Bilingual Banking Operations Associate, you’ll play an important role in completing annual commercial credit reviews and supporting lending operations for business clients across the country.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Commercial Credit Centre, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant credit assessments. This role plays a key part in supporting credit decisions, assessing borrower performance, and maintaining operational quality.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Completing annual commercial credit underwriting reviews
- Reviewing and analyzing company financial statements
- Ensuring data accuracy while managing multiple files
- Communicating recommendations and findings to internal partners
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
- Bilingual (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to understand and interpret financial statements
- 2–4 years of experience
- Post-secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail
