Location: DFW Airport, TX
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

A well-established international logistics provider is seeking an Air Import Agent to support their growing team at DFW Airport. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-volume freight environment with global reach and solid long-term potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Air Import Agent, you’ll manage inbound air freight operations and help ensure the smooth transfer of shipments through customs and final delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring international flight arrivals and arranging transfer of cargo from airport to warehouse
- Coordinating customs clearance and issuing accurate arrival notices
- Dispatching deliveries to final destinations and tracking shipment progress
- Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Preparing billing documentation and processing charges accurately
- Keeping detailed records of shipment activities
Why You’d Be a Great Fit:
- 1–2 years of air import or freight forwarding experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working under time-sensitive deadlines in a logistics environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Weekend availability as needed
