What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
– Setting up and operating CNC and conventional machines, including tooling changes and programming CNC controls.
– Performing preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
– Working on a variety of complex parts with close tolerances, requiring average to complicated setups.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED and possess knowledge of general Health and Safety procedures.
– Bring good communication skills and demonstrate mechanical aptitude with strong mathematical skills.
– Preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with machine operation experience or technical school certification.
