Stanley Black & Decker is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Forklift support. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused, accurate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate handheld scan guns to accurately pick orders for shipment.
-
Perform all tasks safely, including:
-
Reporting safety concerns to supervisors or the EH&S coordinator.
-
Inspecting equipment before use and avoiding unsafe equipment.
-
Following all safety policies and wearing required PPE.
-
Pull, identify, and prepare parts from inventory—including consignment locations—for shipment.
-
Complete accurate data entry and follow all standard operating procedures.
-
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.
-
Assist with cycle counting, transfers, and restocking.
-
Use basic math and computer skills for shipping transactions.
-
Understand HazMat labeling (preferred).
-
Complete training for truck loading.
-
Assist with export orders (preferred).
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
-
Forklift experience required—stand-up Raymond truck experience strongly preferred.
-
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS preferred).

Strong personal accountability and initiative.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-
Flexible, adaptable, and detail-focused.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Physical Requirements
-
Must be able to lift/move over 40 lbs with assistance.
