Forklift Operator Position Available – Pooler, GA
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Location: Pooler, GA
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Pooler, GA. As a Forklift Operator, you play a vital role in supporting the efficient operations within our storage facility. If you’re safety-minded, detail-oriented, and experienced, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from containers and trailers
- Move goods packed on pallets or in crates through the facility
- Stack goods in designated storage locations according to inventory instructions
- Secure loads and stack empty pallets
- Perform daily equipment checks including recharging equipment or changing propane tanks
- Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines
- Examine products to verify quality conformance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in math, language, and reading
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
- Commitment to executing tasks accurately and safely
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Forklift certification (per OSHA standards) required
- 1+ years of forklift experience preferred
