Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$28-32 per hour based on experience
6-month contract opportunity
Must be able to report onsite in N. Chicago, IL
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

What’s a typical day as HR Specialist? You’ll be:
• Answering general HR inquiries and redirecting misplaced calls to ensure efficient communication.
• Leveraging procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge databases to resolve employee and manager HR transactions.
• Guiding HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions, ensuring a smooth user experience.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Possess 1+ years of experience in customer service, showcasing your strong communication skills.
• Are familiar with HR service processes and HRIS tools, such as Workday and Service Now.
Spanish bilingual speaking skills are a plus.
