Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30-32 per hour based on experience
6-month contract opportunity
Must be able to report onsite in N. Chicago, IL
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

What’s a typical day as Bilingual HR Specialist? You’ll be:
– Answering general HR inquiries and redirecting misplaced calls to ensure efficient communication.
– Leveraging procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge databases to resolve employee and manager HR transactions.
– Guiding HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions, ensuring a smooth user experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
– Possess 1+ years of experience in customer service, Bilingual in French and showcasing your strong communication skills. (required)
– Are familiar with HR service processes and HRIS tools, such as Workday and Service Now.
