Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00/hr

Answer inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and faxes for TruServices.

Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly.

Process sales orders and documents in SAP with accuracy.

Keep customers updated on order status and complete follow-up as needed.

Research order issues with Technical Service, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Update C4C records, support Zoom outreach, and maintain Power BI KPI reports.

Handle accurate data entry and escalate issues when required.

1+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred.

Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with SAP, CRM/C4C, or similar systems is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
