Kelly® Is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to work at a premier client in Carlsbad, CA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60 – $65 per hour

What’s a typical day as Senior Marketing Specialist? You’ll be:
• Driving marketing campaign production and tactics by engaging with internal and external partners to ensure project completion.
• Collaborating with Brand and Legal teams to review marketing materials for compliance and guideline adherence.
• Organizing, tagging, and posting marketing tactics and content in Seismic.
• Managing deadlines, ensuring projects are well-organized, optimized, and delivered on time.
• Drafting and deploying internal communications, newsletters, and promotional email content.
 • Contributing to process improvements for greater marketing efficiency and performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience in Market Development, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations.
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong project management abilities, attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, and creative decision-making.
• Are confident in executing marketing campaigns and tactics across multiple channels including email, social media, and sales enablement.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, show good judgment, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Are self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business and financial outcomes. • Thrive as a collaborative teammate and consistently go the extra mile to accomplish objectives.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel (experience with Seismic is a plus). • B2B and life science/biopharma experience is a plus.
