Join us as our new Administrative Assistant and be the backbone that supports our ownership! Ideal candidates will have previous administrative and/or project management experience, and won’t be shy to jump right in and help the team brainstorm new ways to make and already great group even more efficient.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7-4 or 8-5
Location: Birmingham, AL
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings; take meeting notes and distribute to appropriate teams.
- Answer telephones, emails, and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Assist with tracking project progress and assist with financially-driven admin tasks.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Data entry and maintaining company databases
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience in construction, electrical, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- *Experience with project management and accounting-based software a plus.
