Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Cerritos, CA
Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Record Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, processing, and preparing confidential physical assets stored within the records center. This position is hands-on and requires accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
As a Record Center Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining and processing physical assets stored in the records center.
- You will prepare all materials, tapes and boxes full of confidential documents to be delivered.
- You will assist the Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading the company vehicles.
- You will process all incoming orders in using wireless scanning technology.
- You will investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders.
- You will prepare the necessary paperwork for the day’s deliveries.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical work environment.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day.
