Pay Rate: $65/hr.
Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI – Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

What’s a typical day as Product Manager? You’ll be:
- Planning, budgeting, and executing major Oncology congresses and conventions, ensuring high-impact deliverables.
- Managing all phases of event experiences, including communications, scheduling, meeting debriefs, and performance reviews.
- Leading operational workstreams, executing best practice frameworks, and driving innovation in customer engagement.
- Project managing logistics and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders for seamless event execution.
- Championing health policy advocacy initiatives and representing company interests with key associations.
- Consulting and influencing cross-functional teams with future-focused ideas.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Bring 5–7 years of industry or agency experience, ideally in pharmaceutical marketing or oncology.
- Are familiar with FDA regulatory environment, HCC regulations, and large-scale event delivery.
- Possess strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and are willing to travel up to 35%.
- Have experience with Totality & ARIBA platforms (preferred).
- Previous Johnson & Johnson or Janssen BioTech experience is a plus, but not required.
