Premier Scheduler – Service & Installation Coordination
Location: Farmington, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 8:00AM-4:30PM (Hybrid/3-2)
Pay Rate: $22.00–$27.00/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring a Premier Scheduler to support the Premier Service team for a global manufacturing leader in Farmington. In this role, you’ll coordinate service and installation schedules, communicate directly with customers, and ensure field service engineers have the resources they need to complete missions on time. This position requires someone organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts, and logistics teams.

Communicate daily service updates to customers by phone with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Ensure technicians, tools, and materials are available for each scheduled mission.

Manage the regional Synchro Board and maintain key KPIs such as installation times, customer satisfaction, and response rates.

Work closely with product centers, engineering, and various process owners within Technical Service to support mission planning.

Maintain strong relationships with field service engineers, service managers, and internal personnel.

Assist Regional Service Managers in evaluating field engineers’ technical and soft skills for assignment accuracy and skill matrix updates.

Coordinate daily with Regional Service Managers to track the location and assignments of field service and installation engineers.

Manage the region’s service toolboxes and maintain accurate documentation.

Support additional administrative, office, project, and technical tasks as needed.
What You’ll Need

Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating field service teams preferred.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations under pressure.

Excellent multitasking skills and comfort working in a fast-paced technical environment.

Clear communication, strong follow-up, and high attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
