Executive Administrative Assistant (Temporary Assignment: 3-4 Months)
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant for a temporary 3-4 month assignment to provide support to one of our Senior Enterprise Project Manager Directors. This Director leads some of our largest new customer implementations, including a major initiative with a large healthcare system.
Location: Onsite, HQ Office in Mesa, AZ
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes/summaries, and following up on action items with project stakeholders.
- Interact professionally with C-level executives and project leadership.
- Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain excellent communication and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
- Manage and organize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
Qualifications:
- Previous executive-level admin support experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor at all times.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams (video meetings are standard), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
