Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour

Position Overview
This is an entry-level production role ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Under close supervision, the Production Operator performs routine, repetitive tasks that support operations such as wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil production. Depending on the assigned workstation, this job may require sitting for 60–75% of the shift or standing for the full duration.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine production operations including wire straightening, grinding, assembly, or coil production.

Handle small parts with precision and use tools such as rulers, microscopes, and measuring instruments.

Record measurements and production data with strong attention to detail.

Follow written and verbal instructions to meet quality and safety standards.

Use basic power tools and perform light lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Maintain a clean and safe workstation according to company guidelines.
Qualifications

1–2 years of machining or related manufacturing experience preferred (not required).

Strong documentation and measurement skills.

Ability to perform basic math—including English and metric measurements.

Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English (essential for safety and documentation).

Manual dexterity and steady hand coordination for handling small components.

Ability to measure small wires using rulers and inspect tiny parts with or without a microscope.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a detail-oriented environment.

Good vision (corrected or uncorrected).

Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
