Construction Project Administrator – Data Center Projects (12+ months)

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Administrator to provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to our project management team. This is your chance to be part of a high-profile construction project from inception through completion, working alongside accomplished professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day administrative operations for large-scale construction projects
- Prepare and develop project reports, documentation, and presentations
- Coordinate workshops, conferences, seminars, and training events
- Organize travel and accommodation for the project team
- Maintain and update project files, records, and spreadsheets (including project engineer whereabouts, commissioning, holiday planner, and more)
- Control and follow up on entries, complaints, and supplier issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Take accurate and timely minutes for meetings, ensuring all action points are followed up
- Assist in the development and implementation of project delivery processes
- Provide general office support to the project team as needed
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management procedures
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a demanding administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering environments
- Advanced IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable—the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proven track record in maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Committed to producing high-quality work and keen to learn from others
