Job Title: GMWP Tech (also known as RMWP)

Position Overview:
The GMWP Tech is responsible for supporting daily maintenance work processes at Dow facilities. This role primarily assists in the storage and retrieval of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) data, aids planners and Work Activity Controllers (WAC) with package preparation upon request, and ensures the proper flow and documentation of compliance materials. The GMWP Tech is a critical resource replacement due to current facility constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily maintenance operations, specifically with PPM data management.

  • Assist planners and WAC in creating and maintaining work packages as needed.

  • Ensure thorough and accurate compliance documentation is collected and processed.

  • Uphold data integrity and efficient workflow regarding maintenance records and related documentation.

  • Collaborate effectively with facility teams to address operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership; able to work independently as a self-starter.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (e.g., Associate’s Degree) or equivalent related experience preferred.
    In lieu of a degree, equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered.

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not required.
