Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Enjoy valuable incentives:

  • $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days

  • $500 retention bonus after 6 months

  • Additional $500 retention bonus after 12 months

Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 2,2,3 format
6:15am–6:45pm or 6:15pm–6:45am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment for optimal production efficiency

  • Execute machinery setups, adjustments, and repairs to uphold quality standards

  • Monitor production processes to ensure superior product quality and strict safety compliance

  • Collaborate across teams to refine procedures and implement best practices

  • Maintain precise documentation of production activities, machine logs, and quality checks

  • Train and mentor junior staff in equipment operation and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in machine operation

  • Solid understanding of machine setup procedures

  • Skilled in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail

  • Experience with SOPs, GMP, or similar standards preferred
