Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing leader, is looking for a Warehouse Site Manager in Statesville, NC.
This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their strong benefit package and vacation time upon hire.

Job Description:
The Site Manager leads a cross-functional team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused operation.
- Manage all warehouse, production, and shop activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Oversee layout, workflow, and utilization of shop floor and storage space to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Implement and monitor production schedules and staffing plans to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with departments to support production timelines and prototype development.
- Lead, train, and supervise assembly and warehouse personnel.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce company safety policies, OSHA compliance, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to customer specifications and internal standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and waste.
- Oversee inventory control, including receipt, storage, and tracking of materials and finished displays.
- Manage inbound/outbound shipping, staging, and transportation coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities with at least five years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Production Manager.
- System savvy – ability to learn new ERP system.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and safety best practices.
- Familiarity with 5s, lean management systems
