Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer / Trainer. Will provide a comprehensive technical employee learning and development program that enhances knowledge, skills, and performance of technical employees in our client. Analyzes, researches, develops, designs, organizes, implements, and conducts training programs. Provides technical information support inside and outside of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management staff to plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy.
- Develop a process to for evaluating incumbents for the purpose of identifying future training and career advancement opportunities.
- Promote safety awareness through training seminars and informational materials.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and update SOPs as needed.
- Work directly with technicians and Safety Specialist for support training.
- Technical writing and Development to include but not limited to:
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development
- Job Descriptions
- Training Materials
- Detailed descriptions of Scope of Work (SOW)
- Coordinate with on-site client staff.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
- Bilingual communication skills a plus (English/Mandarin Chinese)
- Attention to detail.
- Communicator / Training experience – preferred but not required.
- OSHA 30 – preferred but not required.
- 1 year compliance experience in industrial/semiconductor industry – preferred but not required.
