Title: Process Quality Control “IPQC” Inspector
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Shifts: 1st (7:00am – 3:45pm) / 2nd (3:00pm – 11:45am)
Pay Rate: $18.50 (1st) and 21.28 (2nd)

We are seeking a dedicated Process Quality Control “IPQC” Inspector to join our team, focusing on final quality control inspections within the production process. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production metrics are met and that the final products are free from defects. About The Role:

The IPQC Inspector is integral to our commitment to excellence, conducting daily inspections to guarantee the quality of our production outcomes. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a firm commitment to process improvement and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection Area Setup:

    • Verify tool/equipment setups (torque specifications, ESD control, etc.).

    • Confirm SOP adherence and apply 6S knowledge and procedures.


  • Monitor the Quality of Output:

    • Conduct visual inspections of all final products to ensure 100% compliance.

    • Identify and act on issues with real-time corrective measures.

    • Compile detailed reports for each product inspected.

    • Perform audits as requested by leadership.


  • Issue Resolution:

    • Escalate production process issues effectively to leads, supervisors, and relevant departments for prompt resolution.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, higher education is a plus.

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • An ability to prioritize workloads and excel in multitasking.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and process/product improvement.

  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Capability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds as required.
