Job details
Primary responsibility of the role is to assist in timely creation and maintenance of customer master records in SAP, including customer account information and related pricing according to the agreement terms and price updates.
Take ownership and organization of the MDM shared email box which receives requests for account creation, account changes and pricing updates to ensure all requests are being answered and actioned in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve CXT cases with customer pricing discrepancies and disputes.
Checklist Control that the price and all data fields including tank size, product price, surcharge, incidental charge, rentals, etc. that are in the Salesforce opportunity are matching the fields in the agreement before the account is created in SAP. Communicate with account managers and sales directors as needed to verify.
Principal Responsibilities
Account Creation and Account Removals and Maintenance -Salesforce & SAP systems:
- New Customer Account creation: Based on Tasks assigned by sale reps (occasionally email notifications are also sent), process the requests in relevant system (Sales force and or SAP)
- Create and update SAP, and guarantee data consistency with new/changes to account set-ups in compliance with customer master process, pricing, and set up of standing or blanket customer purchase orders incompliance withthe customer master process.
Customer Account Changes and updates:
- Maintain an existing account based on either a new agreement or amendment Start the close account process based on a “closed/remove” opportunity status.
- Create/Maintain customer agreements details in SAP according to the onboarding customer master process to ensure master data integrity.
- Review daily reports including prior day‘s pricing updates, incomplete billing report and incomplete sales order report to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing and processing.
- Analyze and enter all list and special pricing of gases, rental services, surcharges and bulk in accordance to the signed agreement and/or adhoc notifications from Sales executive.
- Manage rental charges as part of the pricing creation and changes.
- Customer Contacts in a Salesforce opportunity it should be added to SAP customer master data
- Support the resolution of customer complaints working withthe Query& Complaint/Dispute Management group
- Support all Quality policies or other work/ projects as assigned by Supervisor Support and execute data cleansing activities defined by the Data Governance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Customer Service and Administration or General Accounting Minimum 2 Years.
- SAP and Salesforce experience.
- Experience communicating with customers in all media (phone, email, chat etc).
- Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change with strong sense of urgency.
- Flexible to the needs of the business during peak activities<span style="color: rgb(89,96,103);">; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
