Kelly Services is actively searching for a Population Health Operations Leader
for a long term engagement (1+ years) with one of our global clients based in Titusville, NJ.

Pay rate:  Open depending on experience + benefits 

The Population Health Operations Leader will be responsible for driving the research processes and operations excellence to Population Health initiatives aligned with Immunology, overseeing both ongoing and new endeavors with health care organizations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Collaborate closely with the Population Health Leader on assigned customer projects including developing and implementing shared decision making and culturally sensitive toolkits, identifying pilot sites for interventions and providing support for implementation science projects.

  • Monitor project progress against planned timelines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication of project progress.

  • Initiates corrective measures to address operational impacts as needed.

  • Accountable for pull through of research processes that may include ReCAP, CPC, CAC, RRAMS, iMedical Knowledge, and JPUBS for the assigned programs.

  • Accountable for FFS and other research arrangements with partners of interest, including engaging with potential study sites, KOLs and research coordinators, legal departments, etc.

  • Track and manage publications related to research studies.

  • Provides regular updates on project status to the project team and stakeholders.

  • Ensures project tracking reports are accurate and reflect the current project status.

  • Maintains project compliance within all applicable guidelines, internal SOPs and processes; Ensures correct and timely reporting AEs SAEs PQCs, as appropriate.

  • Identifies and proactively manages issues in a timely manner.

  • Proactively identify and address issues in a timely manner, escalating to the Population Health Leader as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

  • Masters Degree required; PhD/PharmD desired.

  • 3-5 years pharmaceutical experience preferred.

  • Experience with population health research and collaboration with cross functional team desired Demonstrated competencies in proactive, problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
