Job details

Our client, an established industry leader executing major projects across North America, has partnered with Kelly to recruit a Site Administrator for a 1-year contract for their current project on-site in Nanticoke.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of hire on package.

  • Generate foreman timesheet daily including crew name, trade and cost codes.

  • Enter and distribute time at the beginning of each day for previous day’s times.

  • Communicate with trade supervisor or payroll administrator regarding any coding, or payroll questions.

  • Create Purchase orders for various purchases.

  • Forward packing slip to head office for received items.

  • Produce daily timesheets in Penta.

  • Customer timesheet forwarded LMC project manager for review and signature.

  • Ensure labour, purchases and rentals data entered accurately into customers vendor management system e.g. IQNavigator, CDMS.

  • Assist Project Accountants in the completion of monthly and weekly job cost reports.

  • Investigate labour hours and project expenses not billed to customers.

  • Document Control.

  • Other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • At least 2 years’ of administrative experience.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and team building skills at all levels.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Ability to perform with integrity in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding role.

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Must be able to work Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm
