Hours: 8am – 4pm
Direct Hire
Pay Rate: 50K – 60K

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with preparation of Fiscal and Mid-Year Budgets.

  • Create and Run Sales Reports as requested by the Sales Team.

  • Collaborate with both the Sales and Customer Service teams on correcting order issues both internally and externally.

  • Assist the Sales Team and our customers for item set-ups and all customer related set-up requirements.

  • Work with the Sales Managers on researching potential new customers.

  • Keep price lists up to date for different markets.

  • Help with both Aged & Excess stock and raw materials as well as back orders and cancelled items to coordinate improving the process.

  • Manage Catalog Set-Ups for College Bookstore and other accounts when necessary

  • Work as a liaison between the Sales Team and all other departments when working on collaborative projects.

  • Work with the Sales Team and IT to make processes more aligned and efficient

  • Attend Sales Cluster meetings and other sales related meetings to assist in projects.

  • Work with Sales Staff to assist with workflow and scheduling

  • Other duties as needed or assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, V-Look-up, Pivot Tables, Excel Analyzer, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI and D365

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize Performance, creativity, problem solving and results

  • Familiarity with Adobe software packages of Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, and Paint

  • Multi-tasking and coordinate project with changing priorities

  • Strong understanding of the sales environment

  • 3 – 5 Years Sales Coordinator experience

  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Must have working experience for a sale driven customer focused business

  • Experience with P & L and budgeting

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Office Products Industry a plus

  • College degree preferred
