What a typical day as a Assembly Worker might look like:
Responsibilities:
l Responsibility level Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor.
l Skill so Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
l Team player and detail-oriented Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
l Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
l Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process so Determine work assignments and procedure so Shovel and sweep work areas Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.

Qualifications:
l Some mechanical skills
l Not a typical assembly job
l Candidates should have some automotive skills experience, either Diesel or Mechanical
l Hands on position
l Mechanic background is a PLUS
l Forklift certified is a PLUS
l Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Typically has a high school diploma or GED.
