Kelly has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join a thriving company in Houston, TX.  This is an in-office Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $60,000 – $80,000 based on experience, a bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits program.  This is a chance to join a respected provider of high-quality equipment that has been a pivotal part of the community since the 1980s.  In this position you will play a critical role as a trusted advisor driving sales growth and building strong relationships with both a new and existing client base.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•    Identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities within assigned territories and customer segments
•    Manage inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and relationship building to impact profitable revenue growth
•    Nurture strong relationships with existing partner clients through effective communication, providing tailored solutions for needs and opportunities
•    Become a company product offerings expert while maintaining knowledge base of industry trends  
•    Manage customer inquiries and quote requests with accuracy and urgency
•    Partner with internal resources to ensure alignment on both pricing and technical specifications
•    Manage and take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales process
•    Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery  
•    Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status
•    Prepare sales reports and updates as needed for leadership team

Skills and Requirements:

•    Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, engineering etc. in a related field
•    Successful inside sales experience in a customer facing role with a strong preference for the industrial or manufacturing sector
•    Proficient technical aptitude and the ability to learn a wide variety of products and applications
•    High-level customer relationship skills with strong attention to detail and a results driven mindset
•    Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Salesforce experience or a similar CRM software experience is highly preferred
