Pay Rate: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10:45pm to 7:15am (30 minute lunch break)
Position Type: Temp to hire
Location: Southington, CT 06489

What’s a typical day like?

  • Keeping the work area clean and organized.

  • Manually assembling small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment.

  • Performing visual inspections of products to ensure quality using magnification.

  • Completing production records and documentation.

  • Weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Can comprehend and follow procedures accurately.

  • Possesses good hand/eye coordination, effective communication, and listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently at production rate.

  • Adaptable to changing environments and willing to learn new processes.

  • Able to identify and communicate quality problems.

  • Willing to support overtime activities and follow safety policies, including PPE usage.
