Job Requirements for School-Based SLPs:

Education and Certification:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel
- Document progress and maintain detailed reports
