A Typical Day as an Equipment Operator II:
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Operating and monitoring moderately complex automated assembly machines
-
Performing machine changeovers, minor adjustments, and setups
-
Troubleshooting faults and addressing root causes within validated equipment parameters
-
Completing basic preventive maintenance tasks and Oracle system transactions (Backflushing)
-
Leading small line teams and mentoring junior operators when needed
-
Maintaining cleanroom protocols and ensuring quality and safety standards are met
This Role Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in manufacturing or machine operations
-
Skills: Troubleshooting, machine setup, and basic equipment repair knowledge

Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a cleanroom environment
Nice-to-Haves:
-
Experience with Oracle (Backflushing, WOs, PMs) or similar systems
-
Background operating multiple machines or leading small production teams
-
Knowledge of cleanroom operations and materials handling

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (10-month assignment)

Cleanroom environment with exposure to solvents, adhesives, and repetitive motion

Involves standing, light lifting, and attention to fine detail during inspections
