Job Title: Order Selector
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Shift/Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m./Done
Pay: $24/hr
Position Overview:
Kelly is offering a dynamic role for an Order Selector. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, loading, and organizing products to ensure quality standards and productivity benchmarks are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-shift inspections for pallets and forklifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain punctuality and appropriate work attire.
- Accurately select orders to meet company throughput and error rate standards.
- Build pallets in a methodical and secure manner to avoid damage during transit.
- Use shrink-wrap to secure pallets for loading.
- Document and address warehouse damage discovered during inspections.
- Perform mid-shift duties such as inventory management, pallet adjustments, and product division.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Ensure a tidy and clean warehouse environment at the end of each shift.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Valid forklift certification.
- Basic reading and math proficiency.
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to bend, move, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
