Job details

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testers to join our team at Kelly Services. As a Tester, you will be responsible for conducting software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products.

Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Plainfield
Shift: 1st M-F 8AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform software testing and quality assurance activities according to defined test plans and procedures

  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues

  • Conduct independent troubleshooting of simpler issues and provide detailed reports

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues

  • Work with multiple screens to efficiently manage testing and documentation tasks

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities and results

Requirements:

  • Confident computer proficiency and familiarity with software testing tools and techniques, programming and hardware experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot issues

  • Ability to work with multiple screens and efficiently manage testing tasks

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Previous experience in software testing or reconfiguration is preferred
