General Technician – 4th Shift

Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

Job Summary: Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking dedicated individuals for the General Technician role on a 4th Shift team. Make a significant impact by maintaining production quality and efficiency in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Pay Rate: $19.80/hr

Shift Details:

  • Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday

  • Start Time: 7:00 PM

  • End Time: 7:15 AM

  • Lunch: 30 minutes

Responsibilities:

  • Operate multiple injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

  • Uphold production and quality standards according to work instructions.

  • Conduct product inspections, labeling, and packaging.

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned, including potential ladder climbing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent visual skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Basic computer proficiency is required.

  • Ability to comprehend written procedures and instructions.

  • Proven work history with the ability to work independently.
