Kelly is seeking a Human Resources Program Specialist to work with our Sunnyvale-based client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis through the end of 2025 with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that uses cutting-edge technologies to improve patient outcomes globally!
The HR Program Specialist will work on a team that:
- Develops, implements, and manages HR programs
- Leads and manages projects related to headcount planning, expense and budget planning, M&A, talent management, employee engagement, inclusion and culture enhancement, performance management, and organizational development
- Analyzes HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs
- Prioritizes projects and resources, develops KPIs, and reports progress while taking an enterprise-wide HR program approach
- Partners with leadership to understand business needs and design HR solutions that meet those needs
- Partners closely with the HR & Senior Leadership team and broader HR organization
- Collaborates within HR leadership and the HR team as PMO subject matter expert
- Serves as a thought partner and innovator
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data analytics and/or talent development preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated passion for internal customer satisfaction/problem solving
