Kelly is seeking a Human Resources Program Specialist to work with our Sunnyvale-based client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis through the end of 2025 with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment in 2026. The HR Program Specialist will work on a team that:

  • Develops, implements, and manages HR programs

  • Leads and manages projects related to headcount planning, expense and budget planning, M&A, talent management, employee engagement, inclusion and culture enhancement, performance management, and organizational development

  • Analyzes HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs

  • Prioritizes projects and resources, develops KPIs, and reports progress while taking an enterprise-wide HR program approach

  • Partners with leadership to understand business needs and design HR solutions that meet those needs

  • Partners closely with the HR & Senior Leadership team and broader HR organization

  • Collaborates within HR leadership and the HR team as PMO subject matter expert

  • Serves as a thought partner and innovator

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with data analytics and/or talent development preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Demonstrated passion for internal customer satisfaction/problem solving
